PHYSICAL STORE FOR SHECRAFTSIN ?

Currently, we don't have a physical store. we sell our products through website, Instagram, and other social media.

DO YOU TAKE ORDERS OVER THE PHONE ?

We do not take orders over the phone. Customers would have to place their order through our website www.shecraftsin.com or through any other social media. If you facing any difficulty to place order through our website, feel free to contact us help.shecraftsin@gmail.com

WHEN WILL BE THE ORDER DISPATCHED ?

 The product will be dispatched within 2 days from the date of order received

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY ?

  Yes, we do ship internationally

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY DURATION ?  

 Kerala- 2-3 days business days from the date of dispatch

 South India - 4-5 business days from the date of dispatch

  Other states in India - 6-7 business days from the date of dispatch

    International: 

          USA - 14 business days from the date of dispatch

          Canada - 13 business days from the date of dispatch

          EU countries - 10 business days from the date of dispatch

          Other countries - 9-10 business days from the date of dispatch

CAN WE CANCEL THE ORDER ?

Yes, you can do cancellation of the order before dispatching the product. after shipment cancellation is not possible.

WILL THE PRODUCT SAME EXACTLY IN THE PICTURE ?

All the images on our website are taken by our team, as these are handcrafted by our artisans in India. There shall be minute differences from piece to piece in their weight or in diameter, but not any major differences.

DO I GET TRACKING DETAILS FOR MY ORDER ?

 Yes, we do share tracking/consignment details once we dispatch your order from our end.

ARE COD FACILITIES AVAILABLE ?

We don’t have cash on delivery. Payment must be done before dispatching the product.

IF THE PRODUCT RECIEVD IS DAMAGED, THEN WHAT TO DO NEXT ?

Worry not, this could probably happened during the transit. Inform us with the photographs of the damaged product help.shecraftsin@gmail.com  . Incase of damage during transit, we would send a replacement right away.

IS THERE ANY HIDDEN CHARGES ?

There is NO  hidden charges for our product or for shipment. The prices shown to you are final rates inclusive of  taxes. Shipping charge will appear at the time of checkout for the product which does not comes under free shipping.

You can pay using your Credit card, Debit card, Net banking, Wallets and UPI
